Artist Assistant

We are seeking a full-time assistant responsible for shooting, editing, retouching, and related content operations. Video shooting and editing<br> • Monthly output of no less than 4 short videos, covering daily VLOGs, travel VLOGs, music MVs, etc.<br> • Shoot and edit clothing updates for Taobao stores and social media promotion content to ensure high-quality visuals and engaging content.<br> • Master composition, lighting and shadow, adjust the tone smoothly, and optimize visual effects.<br><br>2. Copywriting and content editing<br> • Write social media copy, with at least 3 posts per week (including photo editing content).<br> • Have short video production thinking, be able to independently plan topics, write scripts, and be responsible for execution.<br> • Combine hot topics and holidays to plan live broadcasts or fan interaction activities, and enhance account influence.<br><br>3. Social media and e-commerce operations<br> • Understand social media content distribution patterns and be able to develop operational strategies to increase fan engagement rates.<br> • Participate in the new product shooting of Taobao store and be able to plan effective promotional activities to increase product exposure.<br> • Have basic IP operation and peripheral development capabilities, and be able to choose suitable peripheral products for fan groups.<br><br>Position requirements<br><br>1. Professional skills<br> • Have solid shooting and editing skills, and be familiar with mainstream editing software such as PR, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.<br> • Proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. photo editing software, able to perform photo retouching.<br> • <br> • Understand the operating rules of social media platforms (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Bilibili, etc.), and have some data analysis skills.<br><br>2.
