Senior HR Officer

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR and Administration department, covering areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, welfare activities, and general office administration.</p><p>·Provide administrative and clerical support to the department, management, and staff, including arrangements for travel (hotel, tickets, visas) and processing staff reimbursements.</p><p>·Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and nurture top talent</p><p>·Implement strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement</p><p>· Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes</p><p>·Organize and manage company events and activities that promote team cohesion and a positive work environment</p><p>· </p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>·Degree holders in Business Administration / Human Resources or related disciplines</p><p>· A minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience</p><p>·A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude</p><p>·Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing</p><p>· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.</p><p>· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies</p><p>·Proactive,creativeand energetic and passionate in sharingknowledge</p><p>·Proficient user in MS Office applications</p><p></p>
