<p>Claims Specialist</p> <p>Monthly salary: 17,000-25,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).</p> <p>Working location: Mong Kok East</p> <p></p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>1. Claim application evaluation: Review the claim application submitted by the review team to ensure that the information is complete and consistent with the company's policies.</p> <p>2. Insurance information verification: Contact relevant units (such as hospitals, police, third-party institutions) to verify insurance terms and compensation qualifications.</p> <p>3. Customer communication and support: Regularly update customers on the progress of their claim, answer related inquiries, and ensure service transparency.</p> <p>4. Complaint handling and customer satisfaction: Properly handle customer complaints, provide reasonable solutions, and enhance customer experience.</p> <p>5. Report writing and decision-making advice: Write a detailed investigation report, propose compensation advice, and ensure that the decision meets the company's standards.</p> <p>6. Database Management: Regularly update and maintain the compensation database to ensure data accuracy and security.</p> <p></p> <p>Entry Requirements</p> <p>1. Educational qualifications: Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSE) or passing five subjects of the School Entrance Examination (including Chinese, English and mathematics).</p> <p>2. Language skills: Good Cantonese and English communication skills (writing and speaking).</p> <p>3. Priority will be given to those with professional qualifications: those with IIQE 1 and IIQE 3 certificates will be given priority. Relevant experience: those with insurance claims, customer service or relevant field experience will be given priority.</p> <p>4. Personal traits: attention to detail, sense of responsibility, able to handle files and analyze cases independently.
