Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Learn product knowledge to drive sales work, assist customers in choosing suitable products and services

• Achieve sales targets through high-quality customer service that meets company standards

• Have a team spirit, work with other sales colleagues and managers to achieve sales targets and assist in completing any responsibilities assigned by superiors

• Willing to maintain contact and good relations with customers through various communication media

• Ensure the store is clean, organized and operating normally

• Provide guests with a high-quality shopping experience, interact with them in various ways and build long-term and solid customer relationships

Work requirements

• One or more years of retail sales experience

• Applicants with watch or luxury retail experience are preferred

• Secondary School Education

• Mature, proactive, good sales and communication skills

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, normal English, and Mandarin

•Willing to adjust your shift according to the store's opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service tocustomers

• Achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge, and basic operational procedures

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing an excellent customer experience

• Excellent cross-selling skills

• Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Participate in stock management and maintain the floor display area and merchandise

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail, preferably with sales background in watches and Luxury goods.

• Excellent Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin

• Cheerful, Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques

• Customer & sales oriented

• Professional presentation

• Immediately available or short-time notice is highly preferred
