<div>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management, psychology or related professional background is preferred, with at least 3 years of internet or game industry personnel work experience.</li><li>Familiar with the human resources operation mode of small and medium-sized technology companies, and able to independently set up an HR system.</li><li>Proficient in communicating with technical teams, understanding R&D, product, etc. Hiring needs, and having strong talent evaluation and judgment skills.</li><li>Proficient in recruiting channel resources, including mainstream recruiting platforms, social recruiting, and headhunter cooperation management.</li><li>Active and proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good organizational and coordination skills, and confidentiality awareness, able to adapt to the fast-changing work rhythm.</li></ul></div>
