HyperAutomation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps to drive the implementation of AI-driven automation solutions across IT teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design holistic automation strategies, establish standards, and define adoption frameworks.
• Trend Analysis & Innovation: Continuously monitor emerging trends and technologies in automation, providing actionable recommendations for organizational adoption.
• Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and KPIs for automation solutions, ensuring alignment with quality, efficiency, and business objectives.
• Documentation & Compliance: Create and manage comprehensive documentation for automated processes to ensure knowledge transfer, compliance, and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience in roles such as Automation Business Analyst, Automation Specialist, or similar.
• Proven track record in product management for AI-driven automation solutions (e.g., Agentic Automation, Workforce Intelligence, Autopilot).
• Experience in driving enterprise-wide Automation Platforms or Centers of Excellence (COE) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., UiPath, SAP iRPA, Power Automate, Blue Prism).
• Familiarity with governance, training, and adoption strategies for RPA, Power Platform, or similar shared-service applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC principles and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and quality reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive change agent with a focus on driving initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, adept at multitasking in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and business process optimization.
