<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Product Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps to drive the implementation of AI-driven automation solutions across IT teams.</li> <li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design holistic automation strategies, establish standards, and define adoption frameworks.</li> <li>Trend Analysis & Innovation: Continuously monitor emerging trends and technologies in automation, providing actionable recommendations for organizational adoption.</li> <li>Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and KPIs for automation solutions, ensuring alignment with quality, efficiency, and business objectives.</li> <li>Documentation & Compliance: Create and manage comprehensive documentation for automated processes to ensure knowledge transfer, compliance, and scalability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field.</li> <li>Minimum 6 years of IT experience in roles such as Automation Business Analyst, Automation Specialist, or similar.</li> <li>Proven track record in product management for AI-driven automation solutions (e.g., Agentic Automation, Workforce Intelligence, Autopilot).</li> <li>Experience in driving enterprise-wide Automation Platforms or Centers of Excellence (COE) is a strong plus.</li> <li>Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., UiPath, SAP iRPA, Power Automate, Blue Prism).</li> <li>Familiarity with governance, training, and adoption strategies for RPA, Power Platform, or similar shared-service applications.</li> <li>Strong understanding of SDLC principles and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.</li> <li>Expertise in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and quality reporting.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Proactive change agent with a focus on driving initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities, adept at multitasking in dynamic environments.</li> <li>Knowledge of project management frameworks and business process optimization.</li> </ul>
