Caretaker (with meals included)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily responsible for the ground cleaning and disinfection work of the designated area, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.

2. Regularly wipe the door and window glass and bathroom fixtures to keep the public area clean and comfortable.

4. Use professional equipment such as scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, etc. to thoroughly clean the corridors and elevator cabins.

5. Regularly disinfect cleaning tools, record their use and maintenance, and ensure they are used normally.

Requirements:

1. Applicants with at least 3 years of commercial building cleaning experience will be given priority.

2. Holders of the Hong Kong Building Management Ordinance Cleaning Training Certificate will receive additional benefits.

3. Fluent in Cantonese, able to independently complete cleaning agent ratio operations (such as the correct dilution ratio of 84 disinfectant).

4. Need to provide a clean process execution certificate from past employers to verify professional skills.

5. Able to work independently according to standard procedures, pay attention to details and have a good sense of responsibility.
