<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Coordinate the financial reporting of listed company to ensure that all reports, corporate governance and standards are in compliance with statutory listing requirements;</p><p>· Review and prepare annual/interim financial reports and announcements of listing company, and handle the inquiries from Hong Kong Stock Exchange as needed;</p><p>· Organize and coordinate board and shareholders meetings, prepare all meeting materials of board, committee and shareholders meetings, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions;</p><p>· From the perspective of the company secretary, provide support to the board in all aspects of corporate governance affairs, and company secretarial affairs;</p><p>· Responsible for the group’s financial management in Hong Kong, facilitate the group’s business development, and coordinate the company’s financial, budget, audit, tax and treasury management, and review all aspects of financial and accounting internal control of Hong Kong companies;</p><p>· Ensure effective tax planning for all companies/investments in the group and maintain liaison with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department on behalf of the company to supervise and handle tax-related matters;</p><p>· Liaise and negotiate on behalf of the group with regulatory authorities, investors, banks, lawyers, auditors and other parties, and manage a good relationship between the group and other parties;</p><p>· Review and maintain the group's official website and ensure that all the public information is correct and accurate.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fields;</p><p>· 5 years or above financial management and company secretary experience in a Hong Kong listed company, with Real Estate investment experience is preferred;</p><p>· Qualified member of HKICPA/other recognised accounting body, or qualified member of HKCGI;</p><p>· Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules, SFO, Hong Kong accounting standards, and relevant financial and auditing regulations and policies;</p><p>· Having finance and accounting working experience in mainland China is preferred;</p><p>· Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese;</p><p>· Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills; with a good spirit of teamwork, and be able to cooperate with people from different cultural background;</p><p>Working location: Wanchai / Fanling</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Benefit:</strong> group medical, 15 days of annual Leave</p>
