Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with other engineers to design and build high-performance, scalable backend services；

 Implement best practices for software architecture, testing, and observability to enhance system reliability；

 Optimize task scheduling system and AI-model performance；

 Write high-quality, well-documented code, and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards；

 Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and production support；

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively improving system performance and scalability；

Requirements

 Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields；

 1-2years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems；

 Proficiency in Golang/Python and familiar with common data structures and algorithms；

 Strong expertise in MySQL and Redis databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval；

 Hands-on experience with observability tools for monitoring and performance optimization；

 Familiarity with Go frameworks such as Gin and GORM；

 A quality-driven mindset, with experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code；  Strong communication and learning abilities, with excellent comprehension.

 Fluent in Mandarin Chinese And Native in Cantonese.
