Fund account operation (broker)

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Lead the opening, maintenance and management of broker accounts related to US stock hedge funds, including but not limited to Prime Broker, Execution Broker, etc.;</p><p></p><p>3. Coordinate legal, compliance and operations teams to complete the compliance process and document preparation for account establishment under the hedge fund structure;</p><p>4. Assist in the opening, maintenance and relationship management of Hong Kong and overseas bank accounts (including private banks);</p><p>5. Follow up on bank service fees, account functionality optimization, and support business department's funding operations needs. </p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. More than 3 years of experience in the middle and back office of financial institutions (brokers, hedge funds, custodians, etc.);</p><p></p><p></p><p>4. Proficient in using Excel and other tools for data processing and analysis, paying attention to details and accuracy;</p><p>Prioritization:</p><p>1. Have experience in opening and maintaining Hong Kong or overseas bank accounts (especially private banks);</p><p></p><p>3. Understand common regulatory frameworks (such as the US SEC, Hong Kong SFC related requirements) Understand Cayman, BVI fund structure setup.</p><p></p>
