Position: In-Residence Service Manager
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the full cycle of member enterprise entry, from initial contact, contract signing to subsequent establishment support, ensuring smooth and efficient operation at each stage.
Maintain close communication with technology start-ups and investment institutions from mainland China, and establish long-term stable cooperative relationships.
Proactively understand member needs, coordinate internal teams and external resources to provide timely and effective support services.
Assist in the planning and execution of various member activities, including industry exchange meetings, networking expansion gatherings, and resource matching activities.
Edit and regularly publish daily/weekly e-newsletters, covering industry trends, accelerator latest dynamics and exclusive business opportunities, and enhance member participation.
Collaborate closely with the customer success and ecosystem partnership team, systematically collect member feedback and development needs, and use them as a basis for service optimization.
Push service solution iteration, promote member enterprises to land in Hong Kong and expand internationally, and promote their growth and connection in the process.
Work requirements
Have a top university bachelor's degree, business management, marketing or related fields are especially good.
Having 3 to 5 years of customer success, account management or enterprise service-related experience, those with a technology industry, venture capital or startup ecosystem background are preferred.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills, be able to naturally build trust relationships and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
Have strong project management and organizational skills, be reliable, pay attention to details, and be proactive.
Strong adaptability, able to effectively operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Proficient in Chinese and English, writing and speaking fluently, and able to engage in professional business communication.
Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa; those who perform exceptionally well may be assisted by the company in applying for the Tech Talent Admission Scheme.
