Sales Executive Sales Representative

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of sales from both existing & new accounts.</li><li>Responsible to handle the sales and ordering process, include but not limited to handle customers’ enquires, orders, invoicing, delivery and after sales follow up</li><li>Maintain good and long-term business relationship withcustomer, and achieve high customer satisfaction</li><li>Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned.</li><li>Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly sales targets, expand sales networks, find new customers, and expand existing customer groups to meet sales targets</li><li>Responsible for handling sales and ordering processes, including but not limited to handling customer inquiries, orders, invoices, delivery arrangements and post-purchase follow-up;</li><li>Maintain good and long-term business relationships with customers and understand their needs;</li><li>Execute specified temporary tasks/responsibilities;</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>F.5 / DSE or above</li><li>At least 1-3 years solid sales experience in FMCG / Catering field is definitely an advantage; OR with working experience from any sales or customer service background.</li><li>Sales-Driven, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.</li><li>Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin</li><li>Knowledge of MS office including Excel and Word</li><li>Candidate with more solid experience will be considered asSenior Sales Executive</li><li>Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred.</li><li>Grade Five or above / DSE qualification</li><li>At least 1 to 3 years of food sales experience, those who have worked in fast-moving consumer goods/dining or related fields are preferred; or those with relevant sales or customer service experience are also welcome;</li><li>Good communication skills, proactive, attentive, and patient; good organizational and analytical abilities; and problem-solving skills;</li><li>Value results, be proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure;</li><li>Able to speak fluent Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin</li><li>Understand basic computer operations, including MS Excel, MS Word</li><li>Applicants with more extensive experience will be considered for the position of senior sales representative</li><li>Prioritization for immediate employment</li></ul>
