<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of pricing programs and models within the IT industry.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews, presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to IT services management and other value-added services.</li><li>Build and grow technical relationships and knowledge transfer to enable potential clients, in conjunction with both the SI Partners</li><li>Coordinate with project team during project implementation</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Higher Diploma or above, Engineering-related subject preferred</li><li>2-5 years’ experience in the IT industry, preferably in IT markets</li><li>Good understanding of TCP/IP, network architectures, server infrastructure, routers and switches</li><li>Security experience is preferable</li><li>A strong understanding of Security across six threat vectors, email, users, remote users, networks, applications with a demonstrated passion and understanding of the Email and Security markets.</li><li>A self-starter. Able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, while changing and realigning priorities.</li><li>Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to close business while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Conversational English, Mandarin and Cantonese</li></ul>
