<p>You will be responsible for the content and user operation of the WYF Asia Office, through the planning and execution of online communities, new media platforms and offline youth activities, to expand forum brand awareness, enhance user stickiness, and lay a foundation for regional cooperation. </p><p>Job Description:</p><p>1. Overseas social media operation: Familiar with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., formulate and implement marketing strategies for young people in Asia and the Pacific and around the world, and enhance brand influence. </p><p>2. Content planning and creation: Responsible for new media content planning and production, including conference promotion, forum highlights, youth stories and on-the-ground project displays. </p><p>3. Community management and user growth: Responsible for platform community, forums and online and offline activities, enhance user stickiness, and promote interaction and participation. </p><p></p><p>5. Event planning and execution: Coordinate online and offline activities (live streaming, Workshops, Meetups, etc.), and leverage BD/PR teams to expand cooperative communication. </p><p></p><p>Requirement: </p><p>1. Hong Kong permanent resident, bachelor's degree or above, majoring in journalism and communication, marketing, public relations or related fields, with English as the working language;</p><p>2. More than one year of experience in new media operations, content planning or community management, with priority given to international conference, emerging NGOs or youth platform content operations;</p><p>3. Familiar with mainstream overseas social platforms (tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and their use and operation rules, those who have experience in independently operating high-exposure overseas social accounts are preferred;</p><p>4. Excellent copywriting, video scripts, and visual content creation abilities.</p>
