Responsibilities:

1. Manage day to day operation including repair and maintenance, Security, cleaning, change control process, procurement, accounting & budgeting related issue etc.
2. Manage/execute Data Centre expansion, modification, maintenance or new customer move-in projects
3. Preparation of maintenance contract & tender document
4. Supervise and liaise with external vendors in respect of regular communications and ad-hoc work, and respond to issues that arise
5. Manages specifications, problems/issues, performance and administration
6. repare Management report, Power point presentation, SOP/EOP, Critical activities planning such as Powerdown & Pull-the-Plug test, Emergency / Disaster Recovery plans / Business Continuity Plans, Data Centre customers’ report …etc.
7. As an incident manager to manage all incidents and prepare incident reports
8. Implementing procedures of safety system and performance measurement like scorecard to ensure quality and reliability of services meeting client’s requirements
9. Routinely inspect all areas to ensure performance measures are being maintained and proactively self-reporting the problems of facilities

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Facilities Management / Mechanical Electrical or Building Services Engineering
2. Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in which 8 years in Data Centre operation / Telecommunications industry
3. Proven track record of handling Uptime Certification in Hong Kong SAR is a must
4. Familiar with critical facilities including Chiller/Cooling Tower, CRAC, UPS, STS, Genset etc.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill
6. Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
7. Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
8. Provide 7 x 24 Emergency service
