Duties:
1. Fully responsible for the business and market establishment, maintenance and expansion of the subsidiary;
2. According to the annual goals of the subsidiary, participate in the formulation and take the lead in implementing and completing the sales goals of the subsidiary;
3. Build and manage a marketing team, standardize marketing and business development processes;
4. Set up monthly market activity plans for each district based on annual and quarterly goals, implement them, and make timely adjustments based on summaries;
6. Carry out risk management according to the requirements of the headquarters and establish necessary emergency event handling plans; report emergency events including personal safety events, property events and network changes to the upper level within 2 hours according to the reporting mechanism, and report them;
7. Plan and manage business and marketing activities' budgets, and carry out business and marketing promotion, advertising and other activities in a reasonable and effective manner according to the budget;
8. Collaborate with logistics department, do a good job of product and other inventory management, ensure that accounts and facts are consistent;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Have Hong Kong permanent residency/work permit, fluent English, strong communication skills.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, Hong Kong work experience, direct sales business experience.
3. Have good team spirit and service awareness.
4. Have certain decision-making abilities, good execution abilities, crisis resolution abilities, market trend perception abilities, coordination abilities, adaptability, and business innovation abilities.
