According to Hong Kong's job market demand, assist in searching and screening suitable candidates
Have a preliminary communication with the candidate, understand their background, job seeking intentions and salary expectations
Co-ordinate and push forward the recruitment process, including arranging interviews, following up on feedback and assisting with the completion of the employment program
Organize and maintain a candidate database to ensure accurate and timely information updates
Support the team in handling daily administrative affairs and improve overall operating efficiency
Work requirements
Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in human resources, business administration or related sciences are preferred
Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese can add points
Interested in recruitment consulting work, with a proactive and positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work under pressure and complete multiple tasks on time
