Actively seek out potential customers, build a broad customer network, and ensure a stable source of business.<br>2. Regularly visit and follow up existing customers, maintain good relationships, and enhance customer loyalty.<br>3. Provide professional real estate consulting services to customers, recommend suitable properties based on their needs.<br><br>II. Sales promotion and transaction management<br>1. Responsible for the entire process of property buying or leasing, including showing properties to customers, price negotiation, and contract signing, etc.<br>2. Assist in handling transaction documents and related legal matters to ensure the smooth completion of the transaction.<br><br>Three. Professional skills improvement<br>1. Actively participate in the one-on-one training provided by the company, continuously learn industry knowledge, and enhance professional skills. <br><br>Requirements:<br>A. Language skills<br>1. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin for communication, able to clearly express and understand customer needs. <br>2. Have basic written language skills, be able to accurately fill out various documents.<br><br>II. Personal qualities<br>1. Have good interpersonal communication skills, and be good at dealing with people from different backgrounds.<br>2. Work attitude is proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and service awareness.<br>3. Able to work independently while also possessing a team spirit. <br><br>Three, other conditions<br>1.
