Real estate property consulting position description
Job Responsibilities: One, customer development and maintenance 1. Actively seek out potential customers, build a broad customer network, and ensure a stable source of business. 2. Regularly visit and follow up existing customers, maintain good relationships, and enhance customer loyalty. 3. Provide professional real estate consulting services to customers, recommend suitable properties based on their needs.
II. Sales promotion and transaction management 1. Responsible for the entire process of property buying or leasing, including showing properties to customers, price negotiation, and contract signing, etc. 2. Assist in handling transaction documents and related legal matters to ensure the smooth completion of the transaction.
Three. Professional skills improvement 1. Actively participate in the one-on-one training provided by the company, continuously learn industry knowledge, and enhance professional skills.
Requirements: A. Language skills 1. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin for communication, able to clearly express and understand customer needs. 2. Have basic written language skills, be able to accurately fill out various documents.
II. Personal qualities 1. Have good interpersonal communication skills, and be good at dealing with people from different backgrounds. 2. Work attitude is proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and service awareness. 3. Able to work independently while also possessing a team spirit.
Three, other conditions 1. Interested in the real estate industry and willing to develop long-term. 2. Accept flexible working hours (10:00-19:00), able to flexibly arrange work schedule.
Benefits: 1. Provide an attractive base salary plus allowances, with a maximum monthly salary of 20K.
