Salary and benefits

Salary structure: base salary + position allowance + performance bonus

Monthly salary: HKD 14,000-16,500 (net) + store operating performance bonus

Working hours: Work 6 days a week, 9 hours a day (including 1 hour for meals)

Core responsibilities

Store Manager/Intern Store Manager

1. Coordinate the entire retail store operation, including product management, sales and cash management, sanitation and maintenance, and customer complaint handling

2. Manage the sales team, enhance employee capabilities, and ensure that all work is executed

3. Achieve store sales targets and optimize operating efficiency

1. Responsible for daily sales, cash register, and product display maintenance

2. Provide quality service to customers and handle simple complaints

3. Assist the store manager in completing daily operations of the store

Job Requirements

• Retail industry experience is preferred, but those with no experience can receive training

• Have good communication skills and team spirit

• Active and proactive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to withstand a certain amount of work pressure

• Fluent in Cantonese, those who understand Mandarin are better
