Job Title: Systems Specialist (Mainframe, COBOL, CICS, Credit Card Applications) (Bank)

Responsibilities

• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure project scope, schedule, cost, and progress are as planned.

• Design and test software solutions, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications.

• Collaborate with vendors as needed to support project delivery and system enhancements.

• Develop and maintain online applications, with a focus on credit card applications within a Mainframe environment.

• Contribute to the full system development life cycle, from analysis to implementation and support.

Requirements

• Over six years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry, with a strong focus on Mainframe systems.

• At least one year of experience in a project management role is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with MVS, COBOL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2.

• In-depth knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology.

• Hands-on experience in software design and testing.

• Experience with online applications, particularly Credit Card applications (Mainframe only), is necessary.
