Investor Relations

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement the company's investor relations strategy, enhance the capital market image and shareholder value.

2. Lead the release of financial results, roadshows and investor meetings, accurately communicating the company's strategy and financial performance.

3. Manage annual and quarterly reports, etc. ensure compliance with the listing supervision requirements of the stock market (such as A-shares/H-shares/American shares).

4. Monitor changes in shareholder structure, analyze institutional investor dynamics, and develop targeted communication strategies.

5. Respond to stock price fluctuations, short selling reports and other sudden events in the capital market, and maintain the company's reputation.

6. Build an investor relations team and tools (such as databases, communication platforms).

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, and economics is preferred.

- Experience: More than 8 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking or financial management, with experience in managing IR for listed companies.

- Skills:

- Familiar with capital market rules, proficient in financial analysis and valuation;

- Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent public speaking and negotiation skills;

- Proficient in data analysis and crisis management.
