<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide first level IT helpdesk support to end-users/ Remote 1st level support</p></li><li><p>Provide end-users technical support/remote support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services</p></li><li><p>Follow up IT ticket status and escalate complex problems to appropriate IT team or external vendors for further resolution</p></li><li><p>Provide system administration and technical support services to account owners</p></li><li><p>Work as a team member in executing IT or communication projects or tasks for the company</p></li><li><p>Assist in ad hoc IT duties</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p>· Diploma/Certificate or above in computer related subject</p><p>· Experience in supporting end-users in Windows environment</p><p>· With good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills</p><p>· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese</p><p>· At least 1- 2 year’s working experience in technical support role would be an advantage</p><p>· Immediate available is an advantage</p><p>· 5 days work</p><p><strong>Around 900 tickets per month</strong></p>
