Financial Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional financial planning services to customers, covering wealth management, investment portfolio allocation, personal investment planning, retirement planning, and risk management planning, helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals.

• Participate and lead internal professional financial seminars, continuously improve market dynamics, regulatory policies and application of emerging financial tools, and share practical experience and market insights with the team.

• Assume team development responsibilities, including recruiting potential talents, promoting newcomer training, organizing leadership development activities, and strengthening team professional expression and customer communication skills through group demonstrations and case simulations.

• Proactively learn and apply the latest financial knowledge and digital tools to enhance service efficiency and customer experience, while collaborating with the team to optimize marketing strategies and customer acquisition processes.

• Have a bachelor's degree or above, welcome fresh graduates to apply; academic qualifications are not limited to any field, but need to demonstrate clear logical thinking and numerical sensitivity.

• Having an entrepreneurial spirit and high self-motivation, you can independently set goals, plan actions, and continuously track results.

• Outgoing and cheerful personality, full of energy, with excellent interpersonal interaction and bidirectional communication skills, able to quickly establish customer trust relationships.

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English reading and writing abilities; those with banking, insurance or asset management-related work experience are preferred.

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, and Dependent visa.

• Improve promotion mechanism, and those who perform well can be promoted to team supervisor or business manager within 12 to 24 months.
