New Vehicle Delivery Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Coach customers throughout their customer journey via phone, email, and chat.

• Sign contracts and agreements with customers.

• Educate customers on the product and provide information about what to expect during their ownership experience.

• Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Vehicle Registration, Order Operations, and Logistics.

• Assist in the application process for EV tax refunds to provide excellent customer service.

• Work at locations in Kwun Tong and Tsuen Wan

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE/DSE or above.

• Strong interest in the motor vehicle industry.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, support, or other customer-facing roles.

• Hold a valid driving license for Class 1 and 2.

• Having an insurance license (Paper 1 and 2) is an advantage.

• Good command in English and Chinese.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
