Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
Monitor Overdue Accounts Receivable
Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Co-ordinate with accounting team of HK, China and overseas office
Assist to prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidated financial report schedules for management review
Review payment requests across global offices
Assist preparing consolidated Financial Statement and audit schedule
Support management and department head to carry out daily financial tasks
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

At least 5 years working experience, manufacturing field is preferable
Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
ACCA / HKICPA / other accounting professional student member
Experience in ERP and computerized accounts system is a plus
Good PC skills especially MS Office
Solid experience in consolidation process, treasury, corporate finance, cashflow, and financial analysis
Able to meet tight reporting schedules
Team player, mature, independent, multitasker withstrong communication skills and sound analytical mind
Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
Strong problem solving and organizing abilities, stable and independent
Willing to travel overseas and china factory if necessary
