System Analyst (Oracle Forms Specialist)

About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedSystem Analystto lead a high-profile project for a leading enterprise solutions provider in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inOracle Forms, PL/SQL, and Pro*C, with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise solutions for bothpublic and private sector clients.

This role requires atechnical leaderwho can architect robust solutions, optimize legacy systems, and ensure seamless integration with modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation ofOracle Forms-based solutionsfor enterprise clients.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performancedatabase and application architectures.

• Optimize and modernize legacyOracle Forms, PL/SQL, and Pro*Capplications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, DBAs, business analysts) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with industry best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders inChinese and English.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experienceinOracle Forms, PL/SQL, and Pro*Cdevelopment.

• Strong expertise inOracle database architecture, performance tuning, and SQL optimization.

• Experience inmigrating/upgrading legacy Oracle Forms applicationsis a plus.

• Knowledge ofOracle APEX, OCI, or other Oracle technologiesis advantageous.

• Ability to work onlarge-scale projectsinpublic and private sectors.

• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)andproficient in English(written & spoken).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
