The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in<strong>Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, and Pro*C</strong>, with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise solutions for both<strong>public and private sector clients</strong>.</p><p>This role requires a<strong>technical leader</strong>who can architect robust solutions, optimize legacy systems, and ensure seamless integration with modern platforms.</p><p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the design, development, and implementation of<strong>Oracle Forms-based solutions</strong>for enterprise clients.</p></li><li><p>Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance<strong>database and application architectures</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Optimize and modernize legacy<strong>Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, and Pro*C</strong>applications.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, DBAs, business analysts) to deliver end-to-end solutions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with industry best practices.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively with stakeholders in<strong>Chinese and English</strong>.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>5+ years of hands-on experience</strong>in<strong>Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, and Pro*C</strong>development.</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in<strong>Oracle database architecture</strong>, performance tuning, and SQL optimization.</p></li><li><p>Experience in<strong>migrating/upgrading legacy Oracle Forms applications</strong>is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of<strong>Oracle APEX, OCI, or other Oracle technologies</strong>is advantageous.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work on<strong>large-scale projects</strong>in<strong>public and private sectors</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)</strong>and<strong>proficient in English</strong>(written & spoken).</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.</p></li></ul>
