Settlement Officer/ Assistant (Settlement)

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for daily settlement and reconciliation of securities and derivatives trades</li><li>As a Maker in settlement progress and take appropriates actions to report/resolve exceptions</li><li>Liaise with brokers, custodians, and clearing houses for smooth trade settlement</li><li>Participate in process review and improvement projects</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field</li><li><strong>2-3 years of experience in settlement operations</strong> or post-trade support in capital markets</li><li>Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing, and settlement processes</li><li>Hands-on <strong>experience with CCASS and DCASS</strong></li><li>Excellent communication and problem solving skills</li><li>Fluent in both Cantonese, Mandarin and English</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment</li></ul>
