Retail banking Investment advisor
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support and guidance to branch marketing personnel, customer managers To achieve their investment product sales targets
- Boost investment sales business, optimize retail investment business sales ability and efficiency
- Design and implement branch investment business strategies to achieve branch investment product sales targets and create revenue
- Assist front-line marketing personnel to identify suitable customers for product promotion, prepare customer presentation materials and help customer managers establish business foundations
- Participate in sales meetings between branch customer managers and guests, serving as an investment product expert
Requirements:
- University graduation, if you have professional qualifications such as CFP or CFA, it is even better
- At least 3-5 years of banking work experience; those who have served as investment consultants will have a distinct advantage
- Have professional knowledge of asset allocation and investment products (including stocks, unit trusts, bonds and Treasury products, etc.)
- Pass the licensing exam of the Hong Kong Securities Institute, or hold a waiver / qualified securities trader qualification
- Have high self-motivation, be able to work independently and withstand pressure
- Excellent analysis, communication, interpersonal skills and presentation ability
- Understand relevant sales procedures, operating standards and compliance requirements
- Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin
