Develop and implement a comprehensive market strategy to ensure consistency with the company's overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs, and identify market opportunities and potential risks.
Responsible for building and promoting the company brand, improving brand awareness and reputation.
Develop a brand communication strategy to ensure brand image consistency and effectiveness.
Plan and execute market promotion activities, including online and offline activities, advertising placement, public relations activities, etc.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and R&D departments to ensure market activities, product development, and sales strategies are coordinated and consistent.
Participate in company strategy planning, provide market insights and recommendations; monitor and analyze the effectiveness of market activities, and provide data-driven decision support.
II. Employment Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business management or related professional preferred.
8 years or above market-related work experience, with at least 3 years of market management position.
Excellent market strategy formulation and execution ability, strong brand management and promotion ability.
Results-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, innovative thinking, and able to cope with rapidly changing market environment.
