Birthday Party Host

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every party guest with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism upon arrival and departure

• Play with the kids and parents during the party time

• Manage the seating chart efficiently to ensure even distribution of guests among service staff while maximizing seating capacity

• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally

• Politely and accurately manage wait times, quote accurate times to guests, and notify them promptly when their table is ready

• Maintain clear and constant communication with servers, bartenders, and managers regarding table status, guest needs, and any special requests or large parties

• Have a basic understanding of our menu, including any specials, to answer initial guest questions

• Assist other team members with bussing tables, refilling water, or other tasks to ensure smooth service during peak hours

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in a host, server, or customer-facing role is preferred, but a fantastic attitude and willingness to learn are most important

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
