Technical Assistant

<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team at VOTANIC Limited, a leading provider of Virtual Reality (VR) CAVE solutions. As a member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and management of our VR equipment and office technology infrastructure. Your work will involve:</p> <p>• Assist with the setup, testing, and maintenance of our VR systems to ensure optimal performance</p> <p>• Provide technical support for office equipment, including computers, printers, projectors, and other peripherals</p> <p>• Conduct routine checks on office equipment to prevent downtime and identify potential issues</p> <p>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner</p> <p>• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless installation and maintenance of VR computer systems at customer sites</p> <p>• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, usage, and maintenance activities</p> <p>• Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices related to VR technology and office equipment management</p> <p></p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>• 1-2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the IT or engineering field</p> <p>• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals</p> <p>• Familiarity with VR technology or CAVE systems an asset (training provided for the right candidate)</p> <p>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</p> <p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p> <p>• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset</p> <p></p> <p>Interested applicants should email your portfolio and a detailed resume with expected salary and date of availability to ******.
