Job Description
Main responsibilities
Develop and implement insurance business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Establish and maintain good customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailor-made insurance solutions.
Analyze market trends, develop new customers and maintain existing customer base.
Participate in business negotiations and contract signing to ensure the smooth completion of transactions.
Prepare and present business reports, regularly review performance and adjust strategies.
Guide and train new business personnel, share best practices and knowledge.
Employment qualifications
University degree, insurance, finance or related professional preferred.
5 years of insurance sales or business development experience, those with management experience are preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build long-term trust relationships with customers.
Have good market analysis skills and business sensitivity.
Preference will be given to those with relevant insurance business licenses.
