Helpdesk Support/ IT Support/ System Engineer (HK$25K - $35K) (Ref. No.: 27288)

Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

For System Administration Manager (Deskside)

• Provide Level 1 & 2 deskside support including setup, installation, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and applications
• Resolve general queries, incidents, and service requests related to desktops, laptops, and applications
• Maintain and track IT asset inventory
• Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ITSM platform
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for smooth technology operations processes

Requirements:-

For System Administrator (Deskside)

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in deskside technical support, Good experiences in supporting email systems
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
• Good communication skills; capable of supporting users under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
