Job Responsibilities:
2. Responsible for handling the company's daily accounting work, including reviewing all accounting vouchers and the attached original vouchers for accuracy and reasonableness, ensuring financial data is true and reliable.
3. Regularly compile monthly accounting statements and other relevant financial reports, and properly store, back up and archive related tax and financial information to meet regulatory requirements and internal management needs.
4. Assist in completing annual audit work, cooperate with external accounting firms to conduct audits, and at the same time be responsible for corporate income tax reconciliation and other tax affairs to ensure compliant operations.
5. Prepare a budget plan, covering management profit and loss and cash flow prediction, regular summary and analysis, preparation of consolidated financial statements, and support for the decision-making layer to formulate strategic planning.
Requirements:
2. Have at least two years of financial accounting practical experience, familiar with the financial operation process of the cinema industry, those who are familiar with the financial operation process of the cinema industry are preferred.
3. Familiar with Hong Kong local accounting standards and tax regulations, understand the internal control management system, and be able to effectively identify and control financial risks.
4. Proficient in office software and financial management systems, with good data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
5. Work meticulously and patiently, with a high sense of responsibility and team spirit, and be able to efficiently complete multiple tasks under pressure.
