Accountant / Assistant Accountant

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Handle daily accounting operation including full set of accounts, month and closing, and intercompany reconciliation</p></li><li><p>Handle monthly receipts, voucher entries, and maintain good filing system</p></li><li><p>Prepare cheques and banking document for payment approval and bank reconciliation</p></li><li><p>Handle accounting services including the preparation of required documentation, bank payments and expenses claims reimbursement</p></li><li><p>Perform bank reconciliation and prepare balance sheet accounts breakdowns</p></li><li><p>Updating stock purchase schedules and prepare related journal entries</p></li><li><p>Handle other ad-hoc duties as required</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance</p></li><li><p>At least 5 years working experience in Accounting Field</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Office</p></li><li><p>Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English</p></li><li><p>Responsible and hard working</p></li><li><p>Familiar with MYOB is preferred</p></li><li><p>Immediate Available is highly preferred</p></li></ul>
