NASDAQ IPO Project Manager U.S. stock IPO project manager

Duties:

2. Fully responsible for project team work schedule and plan coordination, implementation and execution, and regularly organize and convene project progress meetings, and lead the progress of the project;

3. According to the company's development strategy planning, combined with the company's actual needs, perfect the business plan and prospectus;

4. Search/Meet/Evaluate potential investors, assist in business negotiations;

6. Participate in the Securities Regulatory Commission's application, inquiry, and other work;

7. Organize, archive and save all relevant documents, resolutions, plans, and reports for the company's planned U.S. stock market listing;

8. Collaborate with senior leaders of the company on work tasks and instructions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting or law, those with overseas study or work experience are preferred;

2. English can be used as a working language;

3. Have consulting industry NASDAQ successful listing experience;

4. Have business negotiation skills and communication and understanding abilities;
