Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager: Comprehensive monthly average salary range HK$30000-$40000

Job Highlights：

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent sales and customer service to customers

2. Lead the team and guide colleagues to execute work, and promote the store atmosphere to achieve and exceed the company's set operating goals

3. Manage daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling and training, inventory management, etc.

4. Analyze store sales and data to make a report

5. Ensure effective communication and execution of company policies with the operations department

Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of retail clothing store management experience is preferred.

2. Have mature and excellent personnel management, leadership skills and management techniques

3. Have independent problem-solving skills while also emphasizing teamwork

4. Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
