Public cloud migration engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for cloud to cloud, private cloud to public cloud, and private cloud to public cloud migration project delivery, providing efficient migration services to different industry customers;

2. Responsible for quickly responding to customer questions during the migration process, coordinating the implementation of migration solutions, connecting backend product and research and development for technical support on the project, and collaborating with the migration team to do a good job of context transfer;

3. Execute each stage of the cloud migration implementation standard process, fully identify risks along the way, and report them in a timely manner;

4. Responsible for responding to customer feedback and problems, ensuring that problems are responded to and resolved within the shortest possible time, and being responsible for problem escalation and timeliness;

5. Accurately identify customer sentiment risks and report them in a timely manner to ensure that risks are addressed as early as possible.

Qualifications:

1. Computer-related professional, associate degree or above, with at least 3 years of technical support and system maintenance experience;

2. Familiar with public cloud products and technical support process system, with the ability to quickly judge problem products and prioritize;

3. Clear logical thinking, good expression ability, learning ability, dedication, and team spirit, proactive, and strong sense of responsibility;

4. Have technical closed-loop capability, and be able to independently solve problems during cloud migration;

5. Familiar with DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, VPN, etc. protocol stack application scenarios, with rich experience in fault elimination; those who have participated in or independently completed complex network problem troubleshooting are preferred; familiar with mainstream load balancing common scheduling algorithm strategies;

6. Familiar with K8S architecture, with independent deployment, migration and troubleshooting ability, and large-scale K8S cluster maintenance experience is preferred;

8. Familiar with MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc., databases, can independently complete regular faults, replication/migration and backup/restore operations;

9. Language requirements: English + Cantonese, fluent in Chinese and English for business communication and reporting.
