A. Work Responsibilities

1. Responsible for customer consultation and sales of Hong Kong Immigration and Study Abroad projects, providing professional and accurate solution advice to customers;

2. Develop potential customers through phone, online and offline channels, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets;

3. In-depth understanding of Hong Kong Immigration (such as Talent, Specialist, Investment Immigration, etc.) and Study Policy, timely update industry dynamics;

4. Assist customers in preparing application materials, work closely with the backend team to ensure the project progresses smoothly;

5. Regularly review sales data, optimize sales strategies, and improve conversion rates.

II. Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of front-end sales consulting experience, those with immigration, study abroad, and education industry backgrounds are preferred;

2. Familiar with Hong Kong immigration and study policies, and able to quickly master related business knowledge;

3. Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and customer service awareness, with strong stress resistance ability;

4. Goal-oriented, results-driven, with good team spirit.
