合約銷售助理 (Full-time / Part-time) (Nespresso)

• Paid annual leave, bank holidays

• 8-hour work schedule, with an additional 1 hour for meals

• Working location: CWB Sogo | Shatin CitySuper | TKO J-Select

• In addition to the fixed monthly salary, a generous performance bonus is also provided

Responsibilities:

• Promote Nespresso products, including coffee machines and coffee capsule, to achieve monthly sales and customer service indicators

• Provide high-quality customer service experience, operation demonstration, and enhance guests’ enjoyment of coffee

• Handle post-purchase services, such as arranging for a customer's coffee machine to be repaired - process product delivery and shelf display

Requirements:

• 1 year of retail work experience

• Fluent Cantonese, good English, and Mandarin

• Politeness, good communication skills, and team spirit
