Full-time English teacher

Recruit multiple English teachers

Duties:

1. Teaching English courses, including:

- English phonics and grammar reinforcement

- Cambridge English System (such as Starters/Movers/Flyers, KET/PET/FCE, etc.)

- Hong Kong local primary and secondary school English courses (aligned with school internal exams and DSE)

- IELTS (International English Language Testing System) preparation training

2. Design personalized teaching plans based on students’ levels and needs, and flexibly adjust teaching progress in collaboration with the teaching team.

3. Regularly evaluate students’ learning outcomes, provide learning feedback and maintain communication with parents.

4. Participate in teaching materials development and course optimization, ensure teaching content is consistent with the education center's philosophy and student goals.

Job Requirements

1. Professional skills:

- Bachelor's degree or above, holding a TESOL 7.5 or equivalent certificate is preferred;

- Familiar with the Hong Kong secondary school English curriculum system, Cambridge English Examination and IELTS scoring standards, etc.;

- Have natural phonics teaching experience, and be able to systematically improve students’ English foundation.

2. Teaching experience:

- More than 2 years of English teaching experience, those who have taught local students in Hong Kong are preferred;

3. Personal traits:

- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent classroom management skills and after-class follow-up awareness, writing student learning progress reports;

- Patient and meticulous, good at building trust relationships with students and parents;

- Good team collaboration skills, able to actively cooperate with the education center's teaching arrangements.

Working location: North District, Shang Shui, New Fatt Street 44B (behind Shang Shui Plaza)

Full-time 15K-30K Hong Kong dollars + year-end bonus + MPF + labor insurance

Part-time 200-500 Hong Kong dollars/hour (no MPF and insurance provided)
