<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical support to consultant teams and directly to customers, assisting with equipment, hardware, and service configurations.</li><li>RFP/RFI Management: Technical review and response to Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) documents.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Attend customer meetings to present technical content and solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.</li><li>Proof of Concept: Conduct proof of concept demonstrations to validate solutions for prospective customers.</li><li>Solution Verification: Take responsibility for the technical verification and sign-off of solution designs, configurations, and interoperability assessments.</li><li>Documentation: Create and maintain pre-defined documentation for technical handovers to project teams.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product developments and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.</li><li>Escalation Support: Act as an escalation point for sales managers and installation engineers regarding previously sold projects.</li><li>Server Infrastructure Design: Collaborate with the IT team to design and plan the server infrastructure for print management solutions, considering factors such as performance, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of print management solutions and related technologies, including server infrastructure design and implementation is a plus</li><li>Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, components, and configurations to support integrated print management solutions.</li><li>Proficiency in Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and management of server roles and features.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with consultant teams, customers, and technical staff.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.</li><li>Information Technology / Computer Science degree is required</li><li>2 years or above working experience</li></ul>
