IT Manager

<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Set up IT strategy to meet business needs and growth<br>Responsible for standardizing IT policies and procedures and implement them throughout the company<br>Maintain daily operation to ensure smooth IT operation, stable applications, systems and network<br>Manage and operate the company’s regional infrastructure, which comprises of local and regional networks, co-location data centres, public clouds, server & virtualization platforms<br>Recommend solutions to improved productivity for company and business units<br>Plan and control all phases of infrastructure development, including feasibility study, procurement, implementation, and maintenance.<br>Ensure all project deliverable meets quality standards and client expectations, conducting thorough testing and validation as necessary<br>Manage IT Budget, IT related procurement and vendor relationship.<br></p> <p>Qualification & Skills Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor degree in IT related discipline or equivalent<br>At least 10 years of relevant experience with regional management role <br>Microsoft certified technology specialist with extensive experience supporting and managing Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server and SharePoint<br>Excellent working knowledge of ERP<br>High proficiency managing and supporting firewall and VPN appliances<br>Skills to diagnose IT incidents and problems<br>Strong understanding of various technologies or solutions and their integration within business processes <br>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment<br>Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin</p>
