Maintenance Engineer

<div>Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Responsible for the installation, configuration and debugging of the audio and video system in the meeting room to ensure its stable operation.</li> <li>Regularly inspect and maintain meeting room equipment, promptly discover and eliminate potential faults.</li> <li>Quickly respond and resolve system or equipment failures that occur during meetings to ensure that the meeting runs smoothly.</li> <li>Provide on-site technical support during important meetings to ensure the audio and video system operates smoothly throughout the event.</li> <li>Participate in the planning, equipment acceptance and move-in inspection of the new meeting room to ensure compliance with the use standard.</li> </ul> </div> <div>Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>College degree or above, computer science major is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.</li> <li>Have basic English or Cantonese communication skills, able to understand technical documentation or communicate with users.</li> <li>Familiar with common audio and video equipment operations, those with Polycom video conferencing system management experience are preferred.</li> <li>Able to independently handle the daily operation and simple maintenance of the LED large screen, with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware faults.</li> <li>Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, customer service awareness and team spirit. </li> </ul> </div>
