Job Responsibilities<br>

<li>Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive integrated marketing plan to ensure consistency with the company's business objectives and target audience needs.</li>

<li>Develop and manage marketing budgets, and track the return on ad spend (ROAS) for all marketing activities.</li>
<li>Comprehensive supervision of digital marketing activities, including SEO, social media marketing, email/WhatsApp marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.</li>
<li>Responsible for keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audit, and tracking website ranking changes.</li>
<li>Develop and implement an engaging social media marketing plan, conduct promotion activities on multiple platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, etc.), and manage social media advertising, influencer marketing, and social media listening.</li>
<li>Design and execute targeted email/WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including welcome emails, nurturing emails, promotional messages, and automated re-marketing sequences.</li>
<li>Lead the media placement team, optimize paid advertising activities through the most effective channels to maximize investment returns.</li>
<li>Guide the team to develop and publish high-quality content (such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, videos, information graphics) to attract and retain target audiences.</li>
<li>Lead, develop and motivate a professional marketing team.</li>
<li>Develop a marketing operations manual and best practice guide, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to team members.</li>

<li>Continuously follow the latest marketing trends, technologies and best practices, attend industry conferences, seminars and webinars, and expand your knowledge and network.</li>

Work requirements<br>

<li>Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to extract valuable insights from data.</li>
