This role is essential for supporting daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer experience and maintaining our brand standards.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p><br></p> <p>Customer Service:</p> <p>Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.</p> <p>Operational Support:</p> <p>Assist in the daily operations of the shop, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Help manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.</p> <p>Team Collaboration:</p> <p>Work closely with team members to maintain high service standards. Support training for new staff and contribute to a positive work environment.</p> <p>Sales Support:</p> <p>Assist in promoting special offers and events to customers. Help achieve sales targets by engaging with customers effectively.</p> <p>Feedback and Reporting:</p> <p>Gather customer feedback and report any concerns to management.
