Senior / QA Manager (Sweater)

Job Requirements:

- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, with extensive knowledge of sweater production.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business teams to ensure the implementation of quality standards.

- Strong understanding of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Well-versed in QMS and technical audits.

- Overseas business travel is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Arrange and supervise product inspection and testing activities to ensure quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.

- Monitor risk management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report identified issues to support preventive action during development and corrective action at production.

- Lead investigation of product quality issues and coordinate the resolution process in accordance with customer guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Refine procedures for conducting root cause analyses and recommend actionable, preventive solutions for corrective action plans.

- Provide training and guidance to QA team members on systems, policies, procedures, and practices.

- Track, document, and report on quality metrics to the management.

- Implement KPIs and scorecards for evaluation and continuous improvement.

- Recommend best practices for testing, inspection, defect management, and quality improvement programs.
