Data-Driven Creative Development
Generate actionable insights from data and translate them into creative design and copywriting concepts.
Collaborate with designers to produce conversion‑driven marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Community Management
Actively manage and grow online communities through timely engagement, conversation‑starting content, and strategic response approaches to foster brand loyalty and audience expansion.
Paid Social & Campaign Optimization
Plan and optimize paid social campaigns, including UGC campaigns and interactive/personalized content initiatives.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional social media management experience.
Proven track record of managing and growing audiences across key platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager or equivalent social advertising tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Content & Creative Skills
Strong copywriting skills; graphic and video editing abilities are preferred.
Creative, visually oriented, and detail‑focused, with the ability to merge analytical and creative thinking.
Language Proficiency
Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) required.
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is preferred.
Industry Knowledge
Experience in the Finance industry is a strong plus.
