About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive to join our growing team at CHANGYA NEWMATERIAL TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED, focusing on the HK local market and global market (mainly). What you'll be doing
Maintain regular communication with existing customers, understand their needs in depth, and consolidate long-term cooperative relationships to improve customer loyalty.
Be responsible for sales in HK local market, including restaurants, hotels and chain stores; and global markets, including offices and purchasing centers of clients overseas.
Process inquires and sale orders efficiently, sort out and manage import & export related documents to ensure the smooth progress of sales processes.
Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing and R&D teams to support sales initiative to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Fulfill other tasks assigned by the company in a timely and high-quality manner.
What we're looking for
Hong Kong local resident (must have Hong Kong ID).
Full-time university degree or above of education.
At least 5 years of working experience in sales or global sourcing; outstanding candidates with relevant potential may have the requirement relaxed.
Have global sourcing experence in companies overseas is preferred.
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; able to read and write Chinese and English emails and documents proficiently, with fluent spoken Cantonese.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Possess strong communication skills, negotiation skills and customer service awareness, be proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure.
Familiar with the Hong Kong local market and have a good understanding of the operation mode of offices, purchasing centers and trading companies is preferred.
Be willing to travel when required.
