Responsible for HR & Admin. functions including recruitment, staff on/off boarding, maintain and update staff leave and attendance record, MPF administration, petty cash, renovation work, insurance renewal and etc.
Handle travel arrangement, accommodation booking and visa application
Organizing company events
Provide secretarial and personal support to the Managing Director
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
Able to work under pressure and can be a good team player
Requirements
Diploma / Degree holder in relevant disciplines
Minimum At least 3-4 years of administrative & HR experience or related background
Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing)
Good command of spoken and written English
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Able to work independently. Well organized, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
